Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Topsy Turvy is a breath taking dog. She is a young adult who was left at a boarding kennel for over a 1 by her family and they never came back. She was kenneled for most of her life. She is very sweet and extremely eager to please. She breaks my heart when she looks you in the eyes all she wants is to be loved. Come and meet this fabulous girl.
Email us or call, for more info on how to adopt: atrover@cityofwebster.com You can come visit the animals by appointment, as we do not have receptionist staff, to maintain regular visiting hours. Thanks for adopting a Shelter dog!
We also show our animals for adoption at PetsMart League City (I-45 @ Hwy 646, next to The Arms Room), two Saturdays a month, from 11 am to 3 pm.
NOTE: The City budget does NOT cover vet exams for these animals. We recommend that each adopted animal get a complete Veterinary exam (including fecal), within about a week of adoption.
PLEASE NOTE: Dogs need EXERCISE, DISCIPLINE, and AFFECTION every day (per renowned "Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan)......For BEHAVIOR help, go to www.hspca.org, point to the link Resources, then click on Behavior Information. Here you will find helpful tips on bringing a new dog home, as well as how to deal with behavior problems. At the end of some articles, they also provide a (local) phone number (713-869-7722, ext 187) to call their Animal Behavior Specialists, for FREE advice - wow! You can also email them, at animals@hspca.org. Their are many other online resources for Behavior issues, too. You can get pet-behavior advice from ASPCA experts 24 hours a day, right from your computer. Their animal behaviorists offer possible solutions to a wide range of issues, at no charge. Simply type your pet's behavior problem into their easy-to-use database, and you'll receive step-by-step advice:
