Benny is a 10-year-old male Beagle that we rescued from a high-kill shelter. His previous owner turned him into the shelter because he was going to live in a nursing home due to health issues. He loves to play and gets along well with other dogs and cats. Benny has Cushings Disease. His adoption fee includes his vaccines, neuter, dental and microchip.

Our pre-adoption APPLICATION can be found on our website at tenderheartrescue.webs.com on the main page and can be submitted online or returned via email.

Email TenderHeartRescue2@gmail.com for adoption information, schedule and pre-adoption application. Email is the best form of communication and will receive a quicker response than phone calls.

Rescue related phone calls will NOT be returned until after 7pm. If you do call, please ensure that you are calling from the number you wish to be contacted at and that your number is not blocked.

We typically do not do OUT OF STATE adoptions, especially pups since all vetting is done locally.

Our dogs are spayed/neutered if old enough, otherwise will be adopted on a spay/neuter contract. They are up to date with vaccines and microchipped.
