My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

abella is a 5 year old, 50 lb Shepherd mix with the gentlest little soul. She's a bit timid and has been through a lot in her young life, but that doesn't stop her from being incredibly sweet. She's been in training working on her confidence and she's finally ready to find her forever home. Isabella enjoys calm, but strong energy and makes a great snuggle buddy.

Isabella has excellent leash manners and enjoys going for walks with her person and other dogs. Isabella does great with almost all dogs and cats and there is something about her that all dogs respond positively to.

Isabella would do best in a home with a calm environment and adopters who enjoy a soulful companion.

If you're interested in adopting this pet please fill out our matchmaking questionnaire (www.rescuefromthehart.org). We are volunteer based and will do our best to get back to you within 72 hours. Please do not call as our phone is intended for emergencies only. If we feel that one of our dogs is a good match we will set up a private meet and greet We do not have a physical location where you can come and meet all the dogs at once, so meet and greets may take a little time to coordinate. Our requested adoption donation is $300 and all adopters are required to fill out an adoption agreement.
