Meet Muttley
This poor sweet baby was terribly neglected, he's skinny with HORRIBLE skin, he was not taken care of and quite frankly I'm glad his "owners" have not come forward to claim him. He's SO happy though, very loving boy in need of a loving forever that will treat this baby right.
