TRIPOD ALERT: Toby has 3 short stubby little legs that make him the center of attention wherever he goes! He is a special little guy who loves walks, gets along fabulously with other dogs and cats (very intrigued by them). Toby's fosters report that he is house trained and great on leash and just loves to be loved. We LOVE this guy and he deserves the best of the best home.
