Todd will be available for adoption after 9/9/14. Todd is a adorable little Chihuahua who would love to belong to someone. He came to the rescue from a shelter in Alabama. He's a happy dog who greets everyone with a wagging tail and gives kisses. Born in the late 2000's, he's a small, playful boy who gets along fine with other dogs.
