Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lola is a pretty, sweet, gentle older adult girl whose owner brought her to a high kill shelter because her neglected, chronically infected ears had become unbearable (to them and to her). She was pulled from the kill list only moments before she was going to be destroyed. Lola had a great evaluation at the shelter despite her excruciating pain. She is easy to handle, enjoys people and is ok with most other dogs (even though she doesn't feel 100% yet!) She walks nicely on leash, rides well in a car, is quiet in the house, enjoys being brushed and petted. The perfect addition to most families!
Lola was seen by my vet and had her ears taken care of immediately and continues to recover from surgery and severe infection. She currently sports a mohawk style hair cut due to her recent surgery.
