My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bree is a 2 year old Whippet/Terrier/hound mix. This little girl is a bundle of spunk. At 30 lbs, she is small - great size for an apartment or smaller home. Bree is great with other dogs and children (even young children). She is crate trained and housebroken. She doesn't overly enjoy being in her crate, but her foster is working on it. She LOVES to cuddle and sit in your lap.

Bree is a higher energy dog and will need a home that can provide her with the exercise she needs. A fenced yard would be fantastic for her. Bree's sight hound instincts are also strong and while she does very well when on a leash, she needs the occasional correction if she becomes distracted. She is, after all, a hound mix! Bree would do best in a home that can provide her with a structured environment and a daily routine. She enjoys going to doggie day care and would love a home with another dog as a companion if the family is away for long periods. She is a sweet, lovable, happy girl who needs the perfect couch to curl up on.

All of our pets are spayed/neutered, HW-, and fully vaccinated prior to adoption.

Meet and greets are only scheduled after an approved application is received. The adoption fee on our dogs is $125.00. We are a foster-based, volunteer organization and answer all emails as quickly as we can.
