My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Initial Bio 08/21/14: Hi, My name is Misti and I'm 8 years old. I'm 15 pounds of cuteness and love! I was surrendered to UYR because my former owner had a tragedy in her life and my other yorkie sister kept attacking me, so life was just a little rough for my former mom and she felt the best thing to do to keep me safe was give me to UYR. As you can see, I am quite overweight. I am currently on a diet and as soon as the heat wave is over will start slowly exercising. Before long, I hope to have a much slimmer figure, and maybe even lounge by a pool! Right now, the heat is too much for me and I pant all the time, even when I'm cool. I just visited the doc though, and he says my heart sounds great, despite my weight. I am getting scheduled to have my teeth cleaned and as soon as they are pearly white, I'll be ready to go to my new home. I love everyone, children included.
