My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Darla is a sweet 1 year old female that is looking for her furever home. She is potty trained, crate trained and brushing up on her doggy manners. She loves everyone she meets and also gets along great with other dogs. Darla loves to play fetch and will need an active family that will be able to play with her. She is very agile for a golden and she would do great at an agility course or being someone’s running partner. She is an active and energetic 1 year old and does require a family that will be able to provide her with daily exercise.

Darla loves her foster sister and would do great in a home that has a dog looking for a playmate. She plays with her foster sister for a couple hours every morning and then they take long afternoon naps together. She doesn’t have to be in a home with another dog but it does help her burn off her energy. When she is not playing outside she does like to be inside with her humans. She will become your shadow and will always try to snuggle on the couch with you. Darla is a sweet and lovable girl that will make a great addition to a lucky family.
