My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cooper is a gorgeous, one-year old, Orange Roan Brittany. He has a fairly hyperactive temperament, even for the breed. Cooper requires a large fenced yard where he can expend this abundance of energy and use his nose, on a daily basis. With a household of four dogs, Cooper socialized very quickly, and he would probably love to have playmates at his next home. After a full day of romping around in the yard, he craves snuggle-time with his foster mom in the evening. Although he is trained to sleep in his crate at nighttime, Cooper would much rather sleep on the bed with his new owner(s)! He knows his basic commands: sit, stay, and come; but, Cooper requires a lot of attention and consistency to reinforce his training. (He is still learning that scavenging food from the kitchen counter is not allowed!) Cooper would make an amazing pet for a family with other dogs and where he can play actively outside during the daytime.

History:
Cooper was an owner surrender as his owner was unable to care for him. Cooper is up to date on all his shots, as well as microchipped. If you are willing to give Cooper a great home then please fill out our online adoption application and mention your interest in Cooper.
