UPDATE: RADAR will offer up to $150 for Freddy's vetting costs if pulled by 501c3/pending 501c3 or other RADAR-approved rescue.

The rescue MUST:

1) provide timely information to us
2) complete our (simple) application within 1 week of rescue
3) provide an unpaid, final, itemized invoice.

We will make payment directly to the vet.
