This poor little girl named Sierra was pulled from a high kill shelter. She had scaring around her neck where she out grew her collar and it had embedded itself into her neck. Her neck has healed and so has her spirit. She is the sweetest little girl who always has a kiss and a wagging tail. She is about 1 to 2 years old.
