Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gorgeous Bella! Bella is a 5 month old black GSD. She is beautiful. Here is what her foster dad has to say about her..."Bella is a sweet little firecracker. She learns quickly, is self-entertaining and just loves to check out her environment. She is a puppy of course so you do have to keep an eye on her and make sure she doesn’t play with something that she shouldn’t. I just got her from Lynn on Saturday at 3:30 and I gave her the name Bella around 4:30. She already responds to her name, which is pretty good. She doesn’t require a lot of attention but she is affectionate. As I type this she has climbed up into my lap and is laying here. When she’s playing with something she shouldn’t and I say her name she stops. We are working on crate training and house breaking. She is ok at being house broke unless you’re not paying attention as she doesn’t know how to tell you she needs to go out. She might go to the door but not stay so you don’t know if she just wanted to look out or if she has to go. When she’s hungry she starts going in her kennel and making a little noise and then coming out. I feed her in her kennel and she goes in readily and she will go in for a treat. If she’s barking and carrying on because I’m not in the room I’ll tell her quiet and she usually stops. If she doesn’t stop she probably needs to go out. She’s a typical GSD to where she thinks she’s part camel and she’s eating 6 cups of Akona and she could probably eat more. She also has that typical puppy gate where her feet are so heavy she’s kind of plodding along and she is just flat out adorable. I’ve only had her 2.5 day’s and I’ll miss her when she goes she’s got that much personality. I should also mention we took her on the hike with us Sunday and it was only 4.8 miles but this look trooper did the whole thing even though she started dragging the last quarter mile. This was a hike with 14 other dogs and four other people. Two of the people took turns walking her they liked her so much." Bella is a great hiking companion, has great energy but quiets in the house. She is a snuggler! Come and meet sweet, sweet Bella.
Bella's adoption donation is $400 to cover vetting, transport and care while in rescue. LAMPR is a 501c3 public charity and all monies go to help other dogs in need. We cannot guarantee the breed, temperament or health of our rescue dogs.
