Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Squiggy, Tri-color Parson Russell Terrier, 3-5 years old, weighs 17 lbs, unspayed female, heartworm negative, available 08/13/2014, adoptable.
This little girl came to us a stray so we don’t know her past. She is a little shy and scared at first but quickly warms to the person she is with. She is friendly with other dogs, both male and female. Her tri-colored coat is wire-y yet still soft. She would love for you to pet and cuddle with her all day long. However, she needs a family who can provide enough activity to prevent her from being bored. This breed often excels in sports and agility. So perhaps a class would be the fun thing for her. Her relatively small size makes for a good travel dog as well. The AKC describes this breed as being single minded, tenacious and courageous when at work, while at home they can be exuberant, playful and affectionate. [They can be suited to live with children but as they have a typical Terrier temperament, they will not tolerate rough handling.) Come by the Shelter and meet this sweet little girl. She is bound to steal your heart. Squiggy will need to be spayed before going home with you.
