Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This happy to lucky girl is ready to find a new forever home. Sadie is a 6 year old black and white French Brittany who has had all her shots, is heartworm negative and on monthly prevention. Sadie is an owner surrender who was no longer able to keep her due to his illness. Sadie is a very active little girl who has never been in a house so we are currently working on housebreaking her which is going very well. Sadie is an energenic girl who looks for lots of love and attention. In her past she was jumped by neighborhood dogs and has some fear of other dogs. However, in her foster home she is one of 5 dogs in the house and is now getting along great with her “sisters” and even starting to play with them. She is greatly enjoying becoming a housedog and follows at the heel of my husband where ever he goes. She has calmed down a lot since coming into our home and now is pretty good at lying down and resting in the evenings while we watch TV. However she is still a very active brittany. Sadie was spayed on March 19th and should be ready to go off to her new home anytime after March 26th. If allowed, Sadie could quickly become a lap dog. Sadie enjoys chewing on toys, enjoys lots of doggy treats, and loves being with people and getting as much petting as she can. She enjoys riding in a car, although it takes her a minute or two to calm down. She walks fairly well on a leash but probably could use some more obedience training. It is my understanding from her previous owner that she loves children and was very good around his 3 year old grandchild. She is crate trained and sleeps in a crate at night although I think she would prefer sleeping in bed with humans. All in all, Sadie is a very good little dog. Sadie was an owner surrender due to the owners poor health. She came from the Cullowhee, NC area.
Sadie is an owner surrender who was no longer able to keep her due to his illness.
