Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Emily was originally surrendered to the Franklin County Dog Shelter but as they were very full, she was transferred to CHA. Emily is a staff favorite and it is almost impossible not to fall in love with this darling dog. She is happy, friendly, and full of fun puppy energy. Emily enjoys playing with toys and with other dogs. She is very intelligent and as part of the standard shelter enrichment program, she eats her food out of food-dispensing toys. It is very funny to watch this smart girl twist and roll her toys around so that she can get every piece of kibble to eat. Emily loves to be with people and always wiggles happily from head to tail when she meets new people. She enjoys giving kisses and leaning into staff members and volunteers when they visit with her so that she can personally make sure to get lots of pets and ear rubs. When she gets really happy, Emily will flop over for some belly rubs too. If you are looking for a social puppy who will always want to be at your side, come meet Emily today!
