Kenny wandered up to Hallie Hill in 2009 and we were never able to locate his owner. Kenny is a handsome mixed breed that looks a lot like a red heeler. He adores people and prefers good neck scratch over a treat. Kenny is deaf, but would love to become part of a loving family who would appreciate him as much as we do.
