My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gizmo is a standard grey male chinchilla who came to us May 6th, 2014 alongside 18 other chinchillas. He has been in foster care as he put on healthy weight and recovered from the conditions he came from.

Gizmo is now a healthy boy and ready to find his forever home!

Gizmo's cagemate passed away shortly after arriving. He has lived with many other chinchillas before, and may accept another male as his cage mate if properly introduced.

Gizmo was in very rough shape when he arrived, and his coat is still growing back in.

Gizmo's mom describes him has a curious, fun baby boy who loves to play with the broom during cage cleanings.
