My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Buffy. I'm a Large DSH Senior Calico Female. I am approximately 10 1/2 years old. I am a large cat weighing in at just over 16 lbs. I am a beautiful girl. I lived with my first owner for six years. She was over 100 years old when she passed away leaving me behind. I found another senior owner and had a new home for 4 years and then she too passed away. I am now with the Southern WV Animal League and in need of a home. Although, I have always been an only pet, I am lonely living in my owners old home alone w/ just my fosters to check in on me. I am a sweet girl and I am still playful. I do not like to be picked up and held, but you can pet me. I am no trouble and I am a very quiet and well behaved cat. It is not known how I would do in a house with other animals as I have never had other pets in the home. I do prefer a quiet environment. Please consider giving me a purrever home to live out the remainder of my days.

The adoption fee for cats is $100 and that includes:

• veterinarian examination

• current vaccines

• current flea, intestinal parasite, and heartworm prevention

• spay/neuter

• a microchip for identification if ever lost or stolen

• current FELV/FIV test
