My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little Parakeet was found hopping about in a horse pasture just as the horses were let out. The barn manager found him just in time before he was stepped on by the horses. He is not able to fly and probably had his wings clipped. He was totally exhausted and hungry when he arrived at the dog pound. It is hard to believe that someone would dump this little guy. We have advertised him in the local newspaper and so far no owner has come forth. If he is not claimed by Aug. 9th he will be available for adoption.
