Macooch came to us as a stray cat. Orginally thought to be feral, he turned out to be a very sweet creature. He is beautiful and soft. . Macooch lives with other cats and enjoys being brushed. It's recommend that he be adopted by someone who is experienced with cats. He is 100% blind and would best be suited in a home that does not have a lot of chaos. He has a minor, manageable health issue that requires an adopter to notice the signs and be given a shot when needed.
Macooch has developed a chronic but manageable condition called stomatitis of the mouth. He will require periodic shots every few months for the remainder of his life. It is not contagious to other animals or humans or life threatening but you need to be aware of the signs and promptly take him for his shot. We are willing to cover any medical bills he would incur for the remainder of his life.
Please txt or email thecattyshack@gmail.com. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
