Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Ranger! I am a beautiful and sweet girl, so I don't know why my owner abandoned me and my four beautiful puppies in a park. I love people and having a loving home, so I was happy to see everyone who came by. Thankfully, some of them gave us love and food, until finally one of them wanted us and we were rescued! Even though I'm less than 2 years old, I was a very good mother. I loved, nurtured, and cared for my puppies deeply. They were happy, chubby puppies when we were finally rescued. They were so cute ( if I say so myself) that they all found wonderful homes very quickly.
As much as I missed my puppies, ( I'm still practically a pup myself) I was reenergized with regular meals, and lots of love, and rediscovered my playful side! I love to play with other dogs and people, and am always very gentle with children. I especially love the times when my foster mom takes me for walks or to the dog park. But more than anything, I like to know that I am loved.... Being petted or cuddled is so wonderful! I am a very smart girl, and learn quickly! And I can figure out a lot of things on my own. I am learning to love toys, and have a favorite toy that squeaks! But my very favorite time is when my foster mom and I cuddle up together
My foster mom tells me I am a great dog! She tells me I'm sweet and smart! And I'm house broken! I don't have to be put in a crate when she leaves because I am perfectly behaved while she's gone. Being abandoned has left one mark on me, but I am improving! When everyone leaves I figure they just forgot to take me with them. I jumped a four ft fence to try to go with them. Now they make sure I'm in the house when they leave, and I am perfectly behaved while they're gone. I would never run away! I don't ever want to lose my family again!
I have now finished my HW treatment, have had my shots and will be spayed soon. Do you think you have room in your heart and home for me?
