Harvey is the most charming guy in town. If you meet him, you won't be able to resist. He is the perfect size, not too little but just enough so he can sit next to you in a chair, head on the lap and adoring eyes. This guy has it all, he is not hyper but he loves to be outside, walking, meeting people, he is like a movie star!
He does great with other dogs and ignores cats. He is so easy and such a good boy!!!
