Comments: Penny is such a sweetheart! She is a funny, loving, kissy little girl who is always ready for attention. She may be slightly hearing and sight impaired, but it doesn’t keep her from working the crowd! We found Penny in the shelter after her owner decided they just didn’t want her anymore. We can’t imagine why- people fall in love with her everywhere she goes. Penny doesn’t even know what ‘stranger’ means, and sees everyone as her friend.
