Kitt Crusaders went to the South LA Shelter after hours, and this sweet little girl was tied by the neck to the door of the shelter. We took her home and found that she is a super sweet, affectionate 8 month old girl! She walks on a leash, is housebroken, and she is great with other dogs, cats, and children. Adopt this baby and give her the second chance she deserves!
