Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Poor Millie. She had a wonderful life w/ other rescued dogs, then Mom took ill. Cancer. Dad is taking care of Mom and can't take care of the "kidz". Millie is the largest and has to go.
She is about 5 yrs and not a small lean Husky. The food dish was always available and she needs to drop a few ... 10. She has lost 2 pounds already, so we are on our way. Millie loves long walks and needs to exercise in order to unleash her Husky energy. One day she let me know she was bored and chewed a whole in my quilt. My fault. Insufficient exercise. Millie loves to talk. She will carry on a whole conversation. She and Rascal currently reside in the garage and occasionally you can hear the chatter between the two. She seems to favor the female n the household over the male......possibly because the two who made a difference in her life were women. Millie will make a wonderful house pet but also needs a fenced backyard for her potty times without the leashed walk.
An apptment to visit Ms Millie can be made by calling 803-627-3049 or e-mail me at
