Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello,
My name is Penny. I am approximately 11 months old now and am looking for a forever loving home.
I was found by my foster mom about 6 weeks ago and for some reason my previous owner was not looking hard enough to find me.
Meanwhile I have been spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, I am potty trained, I sleep all night, and I love to meet new people and animals.
At first I am a little shy and careful, but after about half a minute I am ready to love you and cuddle with you.
I am kind of small for my breed, I guess, only knee height, and I now weigh 50 lbs. My fur is brindle and I am beautiful and super sweet!
I am doing much better on the leash already, and my favorite command is ""sit"". (Especially if you have a treat for me). I am a smart girl and a quick learner.
I have a goofy personality and it shows on my facial expressions. I love to play with a ball, my chew toys, and I love to run too. After doing all that I LOVE to cuddle with you on the couch or in your bed. :)
Yesterday was my first day at a doggie day care and it was determined that I do not have any aggression at all against other dogs, I just like to meet only a few at the time.
I do not get car sick and am always ready to explore new things, as long as you are by my side to assure me, and keep me safe.
The ONLY reason why my foster mom is not keeping me all to herself, is because they already have two ""older"" girl dogs, 9 and 12, and the one is very territorial and just wants her peace and quiet. And that's where I don't fit in. My foster mom will soon start work again, and then there is nobody home to supervise that ""old grumpy girl"", and my foster mom is worried that I might get hurt.
So I am really hoping to find a loving home really soon. A home where I can be a valued family member, where I am allowed inside the house too, and where people have time to play with me.
Are you the one for me?
If so, please contact my foster mom, Marion, at 909-260-0287.
Love you already,
Penny <3
