**watch Video on this page!** ***Los Angeles and Orange County Adoptions Only please!*** Spencer is a 6 year old teacup chihuahua who is a complete doll..this guy is perfect! He is 4 lbs, neutered, microchipped and current on vaccinations. He loves other dogs, his toys and playing ball..He is great with all people and is the type of dog you can take anywhere- he is also very quiet. Spencer has proven to have perfect house manners, he is crate trained and he is potty trained.
