My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hero was a dog formally known as "Money" that was a soldier's dog in NC that was dumped at the shelter as the soldier had to leave for deployment. There was so many outcries for this baby, that we stepped up to save this dog. Even though he was dumped at the shelter, we decided to change his name to Hero in honor of his previous owner and his duties to our country. Hero is in a foster home with two other dogs, and is doing great. He is a very playful boy, and is about 99% housebroken. He goes to the door when he has to go out, but if you don't let him out right away, he will have an accident on the floor. So he is almost there. He is about 10months old, and is learning his basic commands. He is a stunning handsome white boy with his black nose. He would be great in a med-high active family who likes to go on walks/runs, and play fetch in the back yard. Hero is crate trained and ready for his new hero to come and give him a warm, loving home for the rest of his life. Are you his hero?? Also he is not neutered yet, but will be in the next two weeks, and getting his temperament testing done next week as well. So any questions please call or email.
