My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rosey is an 11 month old yellow lab mix. She is about 40 lbs, wonderful with other dogs, excellent with children (even young children), and has a happy, outgoing personality. She is crate trained and house broken. Rosey thrives on attention and would make an excellent family dog. Rosey loves car rides and outings and playing ball. This girl is a gem.

We are a 501(c)3 Rescue operating in the VA, MD, DC, and WV areas - with the ability to adopt out of state. A copy of our adoption application can be found on our website - www.openheartsrescue.org. Please fill out and forward via email to openheartsrescue@yahoo.com. Meet and greets are only scheduled after an approved application is received. The adoption fee on our dogs is $125.00. We are a foster-based, volunteer organization and answer all emails as quickly as we can.
