Comments: Cooper is new to our program. By no fault of his own or his family’s, this adorable little guy lost his home when his family hit some unexpected hard times. Cooper is still very much a puppy, and loves to play and play hard! He really enjoys playing with the other dogs in his foster home, but sometimes they seem to feel more like he’s pestering them, which he just doesn’t understand. ;-) Despite his young age, this smart little guy is already housebroken and uses the dog door, which is wonderful.
