My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chantilly is a grade QH type mare, 11 years old. She stands at about 14H and has a nice stout build at 900 lbs. Chantilly was saddle trained earlier in her life, but has not been ridden in the past six years. She remembers some of her ground training and has been gentle enough to carry a child lead line. She stands for the farrier, trailer loads, and just needs someone to start a re-training process with her.

UPDATE: Chantilly is now with a trainer for some re-starting or tuneup training thanks to training grants from the Colorado Unwanted Horse Alliance and the Lauretta Boyd Charitable Trust. She seems to be fitting right in and has no objections to the obstacle course and new sights and sounds.
