Tofu and Dolly (no w do not name them) were Owner Surrender. A sad story really, as their owner loved and cared for them deeply but had a military deployment to Afghanistan. Their foster and I spent 6 month looking for their owner, exhausting every facet we knew to locate him. His biggest desire, was to have this pair kept in tact. We hope to honor his last request of his fur babies.
Although both dogs would be fine apart, we would love for them to be adopted out together. They currently are being fostered on a 2-1/2 acre ranch with plenty of room to roam. They love to run! They are friendly and crate trained. The male dog, Tofu, is a Dutch Shephed (Tervuren). He is stunning! He is apprehensive of other dogs at first, but will warm up if wire crate intro methods are employed. Both are healthy and simply beautiful dogs.
Ideally, a family with prior German Shepherd experience would be perfect. They are strong and Tofu is a dog one has to feed separately. They truly are an amazing pair.
