Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nya is still a baby! She was born around the beginning of May. She was found duck taped inside a box in a bad neighborhood and managed to get to the Cleveland APL. However, she wasn't there long, and at under 2-pounds was vaccinated, wormed, spayed, and adopted out. The family who adopted her had no idea that Nya hadn't been socialized and didn't know how to socialize or introduce a new cat/kitten into their home. This caused Nya to become more scared and hide, refusing to come out even to eat.
Olmsted Falls Cat Rescue was called to help and wound up taking Nya out of the home she was in because Nya was incredibly stressed out and unhappy. She's made a lot of progress in her foster home, and it's been discovered that Nya LOVES DOGS, and prefers them over cats.
We would love a home for Nya with dogs. IF there are cats, the cats need to be non-territorial, or kittens and the adopter experienced with socializing cats.
