Here's what the humans have to say about me:
BOTTLE-BABY AFFECTIONATE ORPHAN! Billie lost his mother at 1 week old. The litter was bottle fed, and they view a human as their only mother. Orphans tend to be so much more loving than mother-raised kittens because a person is their true mommy. Billie is one of the three most affectionate kittens whom I have ever met.
Billy may have been adopted. He is currently trying out his new home. He will not be deleted until his adoption is permanente.
OCICAT PERSONALITY! I am positive that one parent must have been an ocicat, partly because his litter sister looks exactly like an darkened ocelot. I am especially sure that these kittens are part ocicat because they have the ocicat personality in spades. They are the nicest, best behaved, and smartest litter that I have raised, and so loving. I have included a link to a description of the ocicat personality: http:// http://cattime.com/cat-breeds/ocicat-cats. Check out the litter sister's ocelot markings: http://www.adoptapet.com/pet/11115877-columbus-ohio-kitten. Even though she has been adopted, I left her on adoptapet for people to see her appearance. In addition to Tracy's markings, and the wonderful ocicat personality of the litter, each of Tracy's hairs has three colors -- another strong ocicat characteristic. Even ocikittens that have been purebred for generations often do not have the ocelot markings (but, if registered, sell for $400-500 because of the desirable personality).
ACTIVE AND VERY LOVING! They are happy, healthy, very playful, and loving. They romp and play for several hours, doing funny antics. When they get tired and sleepy, they come to cuddle against me to go to sleep. Billy is an active and cuddly kitten who is also an explorer. He loves to find new places to examine.
GENTLE AND VERY WELL BEHAVED! They are gentle with me and with my 14-year old poodle. They are the only kittens I have raised that do not play-attack the poodle. When we have been away, they run to greet her by rubbing noses with her. They play with me constantly, but they don't chew. Their nibbles are more kissing than play-biting. They are really well-behaved kittens.
HAPPY AND QUIET! These kittens never cry, and the sweet little darlings do not even know that a hiss exists. I used to put them in a cage at night. In the morning, they were all anxiously waiting at the cage door, but no complaining. They are seriously happy babies. I have not heard a cry since the first few days when the infants were starving. (They cried all the time then.) Billy often makes a little warbling sound to greet me when I come home.
BEAUTIFUL HEAD AND LOTS OF WHITE FLASH! Billy has beautiful even markings that are very uniform on both sides of his body. I especially love the strong black line emanating from the corner of both eyes. Large eyes are always attractive, and his lovely eyes look so big and appealing because he has black “eye liner” surrounded by white “eye shadow”. He has so much white on his body that he stands out. I listed him as a spotted tabby because of so much white.
READY TO ENTERTAIN YOU AND MAKE YOU HAPPY! Born about May 1, 2014. You may bring him back to finish his shots at no cost. Well housebroken.
Billy Budd is a real lover.
