My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please meet Wrigley! We are not sure what breed mix he is, but he might have some Maltese or Shih Tzu in him. Whatever breed he is, he's a happy, fun, 5-month old puppy as of June 30, 2014.

At this age he weights 14 lbs. He has a gorgeous coat, with beige spots that go straight down his back, and will probably grow to be around 25-some pounds. He does seem to shed, so people with allergies should be aware.

He was found as a stray with the upper palate of his mouth broken. That has healed beautifully.

Wrigley LOVES to play. He loves playing with other dogs. He loves playing with toys. He loves chasing the ball. He's pretty good with the dog-savvy cat. He just LOVES everybody. He's doing real well on his house-training. And when he's tired, he wants to be on your lap, or next to you. He is still a puppy and uses his teeth when playing, so he's probably not ideal for young children.

Wrigley is available for adoption with the stipulation that he still needs his 3rd Parvo booster shot. We are looking for a home where he will have another small-medium, friendly, active dog to play with, and a home that will make sure he gets training.
