My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Alana is ten weeks old and ready for her forever home! Don't let that calm face fool you--she's a curious, energetic puppy, friendly and full of puppy wiggles! A Lemon Walker/Treeing Walker mix, Alana will weigh about 50 pounds when she's fully grown.

We are a 501(c)3 Rescue operating in the VA, MD, DC, and WV areas - with the ability to adopt out of state. A copy of our adoption application can be found on our website - www.openheartsrescue.org. Please fill out and forward via email to openheartsrescue@yahoo.com. Meet and greets are only scheduled after an approved application is received. The adoption fee on our puppies is $100. We are a foster-based, volunteer organization and answer all emails as quickly as we can.
