Here's what the humans have to say about me:
In August 2013, 367 dogs were rescued in a multi-state dog fighting case. Some of the dogs seized at the request of the FBI during the second largest dog fighting raid in U.S. history have been signed over to the ASPCA by the owners and subsequently transported to various shelters and rescue groups where they can be given a chance to be adopted into loving homes.
Bully Project is pleased to be able to partner with the ASPCA by receiving some of these dogs and working to place these victims of cruelty into new homes. We look forward to giving them, as well as all of our animals, a chance to be adopted into loving homes.
Our first "367 dog" was Gus, who was quickly adopted before he was officially available for adoption! Gus is now Teo and living the life of a pibble! He shares his home with other dogs and is making folks laugh everyday! We will be sure to keep you updated on his happy ending!
Our latest "367 dog" is Bixby! He is about 18 months old and has proven to be friendly with dogs and cats! As you can see, he is a handsome low-rider: just 40 lbs. His favorite thing to do is play! He loves chasing, wrestling and tugging with his foster siblings! One might say he is a clown!
We will keep you posted on Bixby and his acclimation to life in a home and will announce when Bixby will be available for adoption. In the meantime, we will be sure to share with you lots of pictures and videos!
He could also use some supplies to help him get acclimated to his new foster home. If you can, please check out our Amazon wish list and make a donation today: http://amzn.com/w/24QL3I1Z6YBN5
