Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mike and his brother Ike lived in an unsuitable hoarding environment along with several other animals. They were rescued and brought to a local rural shelter but as the shelter was very full, they came to CHA to find a good home. Mike weighs approximately 15 pounds and he is a purebred Cairn Terrier. Though he was a little more shy than his brother Ike when he first arrived, Mike has quickly come out of his shell. He adores playing with toys and his whole face lights up if you give him a ball to chew and/or chase. Mike is very smart and is very food-motivated. He is already learning how to sit for treats and this intelligent boy would really excel with positive reinforcement training (though he is very well-behaved already). If you are looking for an energetic and happy dog to join your household, Mike would be a great match. If you have any questions about Mike, please email Kelsey@chaanimalshelter.org.
