My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Dusty and I am about 8 year old. I am what ya'll refer to as a pure bred Golden Retriever. I originally came from a shelter in Middle Tennessee and was adopted to a nice family. Due to some health issues with my family, I need to find a new home. I would really, really like a home with a big fenced in yard where I can play and run. (I do have a lot of energy for a senior golden). I am good with everyone - dogs, cats and children. I basically love everyone. Oh, I am not a fan of thunderstorms at all so if you live up north, I would be most interested in talking with you. I am house trained and can be trusted in the house too. So if you are looking for a the sweetest, best Golden around, ask for me, Dusty.
