My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Victor: 5 yr old black & tan male, neutered, docked tail and cropped ears. 10", 12 lb. Fully vetted. Rescued from shelter.
"I am been though a lot in my life, but you would never know it by my personality. My previous family moved and abandoned me and 10 other dogs in their house. I was so frightened. Eventually someone called the SPCA and we were all seized as part of a cruelty investigation. I have very diminished sight and about 80% hearing. The vet said I suffered a blunt force trauma to my head and because of this injury I am now left with limited vision and hearing. But it does not slow me down, and it has not affected my mental capabilities! I am a very quick learned and very eager to please. I love all people and love to give kisses. I get along with dogs, cats, strangers and kids! I am learning where to go potty outside and enjoy going for walks. My foster mom is in love and says I am very special.
