Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Brad is a two-three month old boxer mix puppy. He weighs approximately 9 pounds. If you looked up FRIENDLY in the dictionary Brad would have his picture next to it! He was rescued from a high kill shelter in TN and thanks to one of our volunteers he is alive. When she learned about Brad and his sister, Angelina, she went to get them. Brad is now in a foster home and LOVES his foster friends and is so happy! He even thinks the cats want to be his friends. Brad is one the MOST FUN LOVING puppies we have seen. It's almost as if he is saying everyday ~ THANK YOU for rescuing me! Brad is working on his potty training and seems to be a quick learner. Brad is ready to be in his new HOME!!
If you are interested in giving Brad a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the "Notes" section. While you are there, please "Like" our page to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

You can also email us at merceranimalrescue@gmail.com and we will email an application to you. Feel free to call Beverly at 901-651-6322 or Angela at 901-361-0089 anytime with questions.
Brad's adoption donation is $495 which helps to cover the neutering, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), vet examination, certificate of health and transport fee.
Brad lives with a foster family in Tennessee and will travel to his new home by pet transport once he has been adopted. We use a weekly transport to the northeast and a twice monthly trip to the Chicago / Milwaukee / Minneapolis areas.
Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
