Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello my name is Charity. I am looking for my perfect family. Let me tell you a little about myself.
Charity and Chastity were found abandoned in a ditch, riddled with mange. Both brave girls have since made a wonderful, beautiful recovery! The two sisters love each other and play together constantly.
Charity is a sweet, happy, energetic puppy who shows her love by nipping gently at her person's side in true border collie herding style. She and her sister are typical puppies so they have plenty of energy to burn. She also likes to chase the cats but she does stop and return to her person when called. She lives with 2 big, boy dogs; one who is the natural alpha and another who is SO not. She plays really well with the submissive dog and shows proper submission to the pack leader.
She likes to chew on bones and ropes. She's losing her puppy teeth now so the chewing probably helps with that. She kennels up in her crate when told and settles down quickly at night.
Charity is generally a little quieter than her watchdog sister and yet a little braver in meeting new people and animals. Maybe that's because she's a little bigger than sis. She's working well on potty-training, despite having to spend a little more time in her crate than foster mom would like (because of work schedule). She knows "sit" already and will probably quickly pick up more commands. Even without a lot of time on the leash, she's pretty good to walk along with minimal pulling and chewing. She'll get more practice once she's had her shots and it's safer to be out and about!
Charity adoption donation is $250 and includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, Avid microchip & deworming. Charity is being fostered in St Louis Missouri but transportation to the New England area is available thru ALPHA DOG TRANSPORT for an additional $140. Transportation to the Chicago area available on a limited basis for $125.
