Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bali is a Take Me Home courtesy post. Bali is not affiliated with Take Me Home. She is not under our care. Take Me Home is not responsible for any adoptions through private parties. For more information on Bali please email julia@adogsliferescue.org.
This little girl was found in the middle of a busy intersection clearly so lost and just trying not be be hurt. A good samaritan stopped everything she was doing to intervene and save this girl's life. It is clear little Bali has been through a lot and with good reason she doesn't always trust strangers. However, once she knows she is safe with someone she turns into a boisterous, affectionate, toy loving girl pup. She can be protective of her food and toys though. So we are looking for a guardian for her who is experienced and will understand to set boundaries for Bali to help her keep learning.
Bali also came to us with a mild heart condition that the cardiologist has confirmed is not something that should be serious. Right now it does not seem to affect her at all and the cardiologist only recommends an annual check up. If interested in Bali we can explain in detail what it is and of course will provide all medical records for her.
We know this will turn some people away from wanting to adopt this little girl and we understand that. We hope though that her special person does arrive on this page, and despite the hardships Bali has endured, will want to give this little one a chance. In return Bali will offer you such loyalty and love it will feel as if you have been let in on a little secret…that secret being Bali's heart…that even with it's slight imperfection is seeking love.
She is crate trained, does well being on her own, good on leash and is house trained, is great with dogs and cats. Should be in a home with older children.
