Meet Pepper! This precious little girl was raised in a puppy mill. When she stopped breeding her owner just wanted her gone. Pepper has worked very hard to find humans that she likes to be around and enjoys receiving affection from. She is timid when humans approach but she loves to be held and receive love. She enjoys being around other dogs - it doesn't matter the size either. Pepper is a 3 years old Lhasa Apso. She would love to climb up on your lap and watch Animal Planet.
