My story

On February 14th 2014 this beautiful mom Athena was found running the cold streets with her mate. She was cold and pregnant. Brought into the shelter in the middle of the night she delivered 9 babies. Stuck in the shelter for 2 weeks when nobody could take her. We received notice that they needed help. The mate was put down unfortunately. The owners we contacted but never came for them. She was very skinny trying to nurse these poor babies. She sits like a princess. As much as she starved and was skinny she takes food so gentle. She has 9 babies that will soon be up for adoption as well. They all need the perfect home.
