Wilson is a happy boy in spite of his rough start in life. He was left behind when his previous owners abandoned their home, found chained with an engine winch in the yard by neighbors who gave him food and water while he was chained for nearly two weeks.

Wilson is safe in boarding while he waits for a family. He is good with dogs, but too interested in cats. He loves everyone he meets but sometimes has trouble controlling his energy and might be too much for small children.

This sweet boy likely spent most of his young life on that chain with very little training or socialization. He's learning how much fun people can be, and has been good as gold in boarding, but he really needs a home where he can learn how to be a house dog. Wilson is a blank slate, ready to learn, and very much like a young puppy in is approach to the world.

Please consider adopting or fostering Wilson today and put this boy in the home he deserves! He is in temp foster care and he IS WONDERFUL. Really a great boy.
