Felix and Oscar are courtesy posted for the kind people who rescued them as strays and would prefer that they be adopted together. Foster mom says:
Felix is a male, 4 year old, 65 pound Belgian shepherd mix. He thinks he’s part cat. Loves: Being good, belly rubs, long walks, setting a good example to Oscar. Sins: A little particular; very “focused” on walks (cat-hunting mission). Protective of Oscar. Super power: 4-foot standing jump.
Felix and Oscar are a VERY handsome pair of dogs who arrived as remarkably well-behaved but abandoned dogs on our doorstep last spring. They are just like their names (for those who know The Odd Couple): Felix is neat, does not like to get his feet wet or muddy, and knows what good behavior is; Oscar is a bit of a slob and doesn't care where his feet end up, but is good if there's a treat in it for him.
They have had all their shots, are chipped, and are well trained in the basic commands and indoor behavior. They entertain each other very well during a normal work day. Because they are so clearly a team, we really want to place them together if possible.
