Boo is a senior Black Lab (dad) / German Shepherd (mom) mix who is the unfortunate victim of his owner's death. He lived in a home with three other dogs, all from the same litter. and about thirty cats. Upon his owner's passing, he was brought to the Jersey Animal Coalition shelter where he has been vetted and cared for. All he needs now is a secure and loving home to live out his golden years. One of our volunteers has known Boo for most of his life and is familiar with his former home and his circumstances. She visits him daily at the shelter and would be more than happy to share his story with a potential adopter. Boo is very laid back, loves a short walk followed by time outside in the grass, a comfortable place to sleep and not too much else. He would be ideal for an adult-only home or one with teenage children, He likes to choose his doggie friends and seems to prefer females. If you do have a dog, Boo would like to be properly introduced. A pre-adoption form is required prior to adopting any of our pets. The form can be found at http://www.jaconline.org/pre-adoption-form/
